Small and mighty, the Penelope will help you to perfect the nail after application, around the cuticle area, down the side walls and under the free edge of the nail.

Ensure the Penelope is used over product, as this is a carbide drill bit, and may cause damage to the natural nail.

USE AT A SPEED OF 20 RPM WITH THE LP EFILE. 
Other eFile brands may require a higher / lower setting.
