Shipping policy
Shipment Processing Time
All orders received are processed within 1-2 business days and are shipped by Royal Mail. Orders received after 1.30pm will be processed the next working day. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or bank holidays.
During promotional periods or times when we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed. If there is due to be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email.
Pre-Order Lead Times
Pre-order items will be shipped within the lead time specified on our website at the time of purchase. These lead times are estimates and may be subject to change depending on manufacturing schedules or other unforeseen factors.
Order Fulfilment & Shipping Adjustments
If necessary, we may split your order into separate shipments to prevent delays, and we will cover any additional postage costs incurred by this process.
For international orders, all items will be shipped together once the full order is ready, to ensure streamlined delivery and customs processing.

Incorrect Address Details
If incorrect address details are provided and your order is returned to us, additional shipping fees will be charged to resend your order.
International Orders
International orders are shipped via Royal Mail International Tracked and are charged at a higher shipping rate depending on destination and weight.
Orders are shipped on a Delivered At Place (DAP) basis. This means import duties, taxes, and customs fees are not included in the product price or shipping charge and may be payable upon delivery. These charges are determined by the local customs authority and are the responsibility of the recipient.
If you refuse to pay the required customs charges and your parcel is returned to us, we will process a refund for the returned items once received. Original shipping costs are non-refundable, and a customs handling or return fee may be deducted from your refund.
