eFile’s work best when they are cared for and just like your car, a service ensures smooth running of your eFile.

Through use, dust can get into the motor of the eFile, which can cause it to sound louder and sometimes affect the performance, causing vibrations.

Servicing your LP eFile ensures that the dust is removed from the working parts, enabling your eFile to perform at its best.

Over time, working parts can wear out, by servicing your eFile these parts are replaced.

We recommend servicing your LP eFile every 12-18 months* to help protect the longevity of your electric nail file. *from initial purchase

Once your eFile has been serviced you have a further 6 months warranty period. 

What's included in the service? 

- A full inspection, testing and repair of your LP eFile.

As part of the service, our engineers will strip and clean the handpiece, removing the build-up of dust, and replacing any worn or tired parts.

- A new wire will be fitted to your handpiece.

- A professional clean and refresh of your eFile unit and charging base is also included.


How long will it take?

The usual turnaround time is 2-3 working days, (excluding transit time) however, in busy periods it may take longer.

What do I need to do?

- Purchase The LP EFile Service from our website.

- Complete the form sent to you via email - please check your spam folder if you don’t receive this.

- Securely package your eFile and ship it to us at the address provided on the form.

You will need to cover the cost of sending your eFile for service. We recommend using a tracked service, as you are responsible for the eFile until it reaches us.

Please note: The service is only available on the LP eFile.


Not covered in The LP eFile Service

- Broken / cracked / damaged display screens

- Handpieces that have been dismantled.

- Removal of gel or product from your eFile or handpiece.

- eFile Error Messages :  E4/E5/E6

- If your LP eFile is over 3 years old.
