For us, accreditation should represent competence, not simply attendance. And the only way we can genuinely assess competence is by seeing students work in person.

Will technology continue to change our industry? Absolutely.

Will AI become part of everyday business? Without a doubt.

Will online learning continue to grow? Of course.

But despite all of these advances, the nail industry remains a people focused profession. Clients don't come to us because a machine can perform a treatment. They come to us because they trust our skill, our knowledge and our expertise.Those skills are developed through practice, feedback and experience. That's something AI can't replace.
